My name is Lorna Shakesheff and I live in Ledbury, in the beautiful county of Herefordshire, with my husband, 2 children, our crazy sprocker spaniel and 2 cats.

I am a fellow member of the International Association of Bookkeepers and also completed AAT back in 2004. I have over 20 years experience in the accountancy field, having worked in the Construction Industry (payroll and purchase/sales ledger) and the Travel Industry (Management Accounts and Control Account reconciliations). Running my own business has always been one of my goals.

The Practice is just me. I can work anywhere (mainly home) and travel around meeting clients for reviews, utilise local cafes or hire a local meeting room. I am happy to collect paperwork from you on a regular basis, or receive it scanned/paper form, and am a good communicator, so will feed back regularly.

My profession requires a lot of updating of knowledge, as legislation is constantly changing, so I regularly listen to the HMRC webinars/podcasts and have made many friends in the same area of work.
